    • Tai Chi - 6 Forms, 6 Easy Lessons - by Dr. Paul Lam. Dr. Lam breaks down 6 fundamental forms from the Yang 24 routine into 6 lessons, with detailed explanation and repetition. The moves are presented in front and back angles, Dr. Lam commenting on the form. They are repeated several times and are relatively easy to follow for a beginner. Includes a 3-in-1 Qi Gong workout.     • T'ai Chi: The 24 Forms with Dr. Paul Lam - The Yang Style 24 form. (Video, DVD) The 2 hour tape has three segments. The 1st segment teaches 6 basic Qi Gong exercises. The 2nd part teaches the 7 most important/difficult movements of the form. The third is a detailed instruction of all the 24 movements. Each movement is split in several parts and it is shown from different angles. At the end of the Video, there is a complete demonstration of the 24 forms with both front and back views. This Video will be most useful to someone who has had some prior instruction (or at least some learning from one of Dr. Lam's more basic videos such as Tai Chi - 6 Forms, 6 Easy Lessons)
